    The customer service is very poorly constructed. I have been with this bank 13 years, and they keep going through employees too much in the last four years, or so. The inconsistency of employees makes banking here unsatisfactory. The teller I dealt with today was extremely rude, slamming the computer keys, her pen on the counter, and very disrepectful demeanor towards me.She does not give eye contact while she talked to me, and this made it confusing to know if she was talking to me or the speaker phone in her ear. She also did not give me the information I asked for. She was even worse when I confronted her about being disrespectful since I came in. She sent a girl from the drive-thru window, and refused to help me at first. She was very snide when she talked to me.The employees did not greet as I came in and this is keen for customer service. I will no longer be banking here due to the issues prior and the ones today. I would not recommend this bank for banking in West Plains. I will be switching all my banking to a respectful bank as soon as possible.

    This place has a sole cafe which includes a salad bar and a all u can eat buffet. It serves the collage students breakfast lunch and dinner but is also open to the public. It has great from that varies daily from pizza to ribs to Mexican food. It's got low prices for the public and even discounted prices for police officers an prole officers emergency workers. Ect. So come try us out. Located at the collage dorms arcoss the street from the other cafe

    If you're looking for cheaper properties or foreclosures, call them first. They sell a lot of bank-owned houses and keep track of all the foreclosures in the area, not just their own listings. They're very helpful and explain the process, and give people time to read the paperwork instead of telling them just to sign it. Sometimes they're hard to catch at the office, but leave a message and they will call you back. They are also really good at telling you what your house is worth.
